Easy Pod

The Eazy Pod filter system from Evolution Aqua is based on the Nexus range of koi pond filters. It is a smaller version of the Nexus, yet still uses some of the same technologies such as the air pump cleaning process and the Kaldness K1 media.
Suitable for ponds up to 20,000 litres(4,400 gallons) or Koi ponds up to 10,000 litres(2,200 gallons) the Eazy Pod is a compact easy to operate and maintain pond filter system.

• Kaldness K1 media supplied 30 litres

• Recommended air pump - Airtech 70 (not supplied)

Operation

Water enters the Eazy Pod via the inlet and into the outer filter chamber which has a vortex action to settle out the larger waste particles. Water then works through the mesh grid an into the static K1 media where the finer particles are removed and the biological process takes place.
To clean the Easy Pod an air pump is used to agitate the K1 media and loosen the waste debris, the waste ball valve is then opened to flush the waste debris away.
